What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (if provided) and message, plus the IP address for anti-spam purposes. Stored in our own database and used solely to reply to you — never for unsolicited messages. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6.1).
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): only if you click “Accept” on the consent banner. If you decline or ignore it, no analytics cookies are loaded.
- Technical logs: our server temporarily keeps logs with IP addresses for security; they are deleted automatically after a short period.
Retention & access
Form messages are kept for the duration of our communication and up to 24 months from the last message. Only Helix Technologies has access; we never sell or share your data for advertising. Technical providers (hosting, email, Google Analytics with consent) are bound by their own GDPR processing terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
